Delete your account and data

You have two ways to permanently delete your data:

1. Self-service (fastest)

1. Log in to your account
2. Open Account → Settings
3. Choose Delete account and confirm

This immediately removes your profile, uploads, generated content and credit balance. Billing records required by tax law are retained in anonymized form.

2. By email

Send a deletion request from your account email address to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion". We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days, confirming by email.

What gets deleted

• Account profile and login credentials
• All uploaded files and generated outputs
• Credit balance and transaction history (anonymized where retention is legally required)
• Support correspondence, on request

What we must keep

Invoices and payment records are retained for the statutory retention period, stripped of any content data.

Third-party sign-in

If you used Google sign-in, you can additionally revoke Pixogen's access in your Google account permissions.
