1. Agreement

By creating an account or using pixogen.ai (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. The Service

Pixogen provides browser-based AI tools that generate and edit images and video. Generations consume credits; available tools, models and credit costs are shown in the app and may evolve over time.

3. Credits & payments

• Credits are prepaid usage units, valid indefinitely, usable across all tools.
• Credits are charged when a generation is accepted and automatically refunded if the generation fails.
• Purchased packs that are completely unused may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once any credit from a pack is spent, the pack is non-refundable.
• Prices may change; already purchased credits are never devalued.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to content you upload and to outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload. We grant you full commercial usage rights to outputs on all plans.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create or distribute:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours
• Any sexual content involving minors, real or simulated — zero tolerance, accounts are terminated and reported
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized likenesses of real, identifiable persons without their documented consent
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property or personality rights
• Malware, spam, fraud or deceptive impersonation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Prepaid credits on terminated accounts that violated the zero-tolerance rules are forfeited.

6. Availability

We target high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Scheduled maintenance and model provider outages can temporarily limit functionality.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms with notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
